I went to view a house I loved on with Northwood and asked them to come and value mine, which in turn I ended up on the market with them. Carys showed us around the house and was very knowledgeable and personable yet professional. Within a day or two I had a valuation from Nicola, who was great and Literally had my property on the market within less than 24hours of valuation. Carys took amazing pictures and I was happy that she was enthusiastic about the property and would pass this on to potential buyers. So far I am absolutely over the moon with the way things have gone with Northwood. Sold my property and had an offer accepted on the property I love. They have gone above and beyond to get me in a position to be able to offer on my dream house and I can???t thank them all enough. Especially Carys. We had a great experience overall - firstly with Nicola and Adi who showed us around (initially or during follow ups), they were both welcoming and knew when to show us things and when to let us walk about ourselves! Then Claire was the sales progressor for us and it was so helpful having someone to help keep the process moving. Claire was always approachable and quick to respond! This was our first time buying but we're glad our seller chose Northwood over some other estate agents in the area.

I was shown round a property recently by Adi, who was courteous, attentive, professional, and a little ray of sunshine. She clearly loves what she does and that passion shone through as she gave me the tour. Follow up comms was excellent and ended up viewing the property again. Didn’t ultimately buy, but that’s no reflection on Adi, she was incredibly passionate.

I was initially shown around the house by Adi who was very knowledgeable about the property and easy to talk to and without the hard sell! I was very interested in the property so arranged a second viewing so my wife could have a look. Carys showed us around this time and was very patient as we took a while looking around and remained very professional throughout. Both staff were very helpful and I have had a number of conversations since the initial viewings and the service has remained just as good.
