On recommendation and having so successfully sold my father-in-law's property last summer, I had no thoughts of seeking other vendors in north Cardiff to do so for my dear departed mother late 2023. I just want to express how happy I am with Northwood and their entire staffs and my good Landlord. When I moved into their property in Heol Llanishen Fach Cardiff in November 2022, I noticed the fridge door was not closing. I raised this issue with them, they sent a technician to come check it without wasting time. The technician recommended for it to be changed. Northwood changed it and brought in bigger fridge to replace it. I also noticed that one of the windows was not opening. Then sent in a technician to come change all the locks in all the windows and put in new locks. My boiler stopped working the first week I moved in, they sent in a plumber to come fix it for me. They also sent a plumber to me every January to come do the Gas Safety Check on the Gas and boiler. They responded to all the issues I raised and fixed every issue I brought to their attention. After 1 year of staying in the flat, they told me that the Landlord was happy for me to renew at the existing price but I told them I want to buy my own house. They liaised with the Landlord and agreed to put me on a rolling contract where I would only give them 4 weeks notice when my house purchase gets completed. They were very understanding and supportive. They also returned my full deposit to me after I moved out and returned the keys of the flat to them. I have never met a good Estate Agent like NorthWood Cardiff in all my years of renting. They are very polite and respectful and they always want you to have a good stay and experience in their property.

Northwood were so wonderful when selling our house! We changed to Northwood after feeling let down by another estate agent and I’m so glad we did. From Nicola helping us at the start with the photos and descriptions etc and she was so professional and kind, and then to having regular updates and advice from Jo and Alexandra and they were so friendly and down to earth. We sold our house with Northwood in October of last year. From the initial stages it was clear, they were ahead of the game and the best at what they do. Not only do they list your property on right move but they use social media, which is where many people focus their search these days, to give advanced previews and live tours. This generated interest before the property even went live on rightmove. The pictures they took were beautiful and made our home look instagram worthy. Nicola really puts time and effort into getting those perfect shots. Shortly after our house sold for full asking on the open day. Jo kept us up to date and informed the whole way through the sale and always kept the lines of communication open.
