Northwood Cardiff are the best! I have been through plenty of residential letting agencies throughout the years and Northwood come out on top. Superb service from the moment you reach out and enquire about a house. My family lived in the last rental for 10 years, it always had so many issues with damp due a leaking roof but in the last 3 years of our tenancy, the black mould got so bad that my 9 year old son developed asthma. Instead of fixing the problem, we were served a section 21 by the landlords so they could get rid of the house and its issues. In December 2024, everyone's health got so bad we reached out to Northwood and by the 28TH of December, we were given the keys to our new home. The agents made the process so easy and over the past year, any issues we have had (and we have barely had any) are dealt with promptly. We are about to sign our next fixed term contract and yes, there is a rent increase but it is a very reasonable one on top what was a reasonable rental amount to start with. We love our home and spent so much time in a beautiful garden this summer which we didn't get in our old rental. Its nice to be with an agency that has your needs and interests taken care of, very supportive 😊. I give Northwood Cardiff 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone. There is a 20 mile distance between our home and the office but they respond like they are set up just around the corner! Little update, since moving into this property, my son no long has to use any of his inhalers and tablets, the asthma is no longer an issue and my boy is thriving playing for his rugby team, no asthma attacks and coming off the pitch. Northwood offer up good, quality properties at a reasonable rental cost. Great service, helpful staff, quality properties and they look after their tenants. What more could you want from your letting agent in this current housing crisis! Well done Northwood Cardiff 👏. You are superb at what you do!
