I got to give Belvoir credit I've been with them over 4 years in a managed property, when ever we had any issues small or big with the house Julie was all over it and sending the professionals the same day e.g faulty radiator. I recently needed to move because the Landlady's decided to sell however Belvoir have made the transition from one house to another so easy and streemless. Thank you Belvoir. We were looking to buy our first home and found one with Belvoir. The viewing was arranged very quickly and although others were interested in the property Belvoir kept us updated all the way through. It was a nervous time for us but they were very professional and helpful throughout. It was so reassuring to know that we were being looked after properly. Our offer was accepted and Belvoir continued to speak to us until we moved in. We have no plans to move anytime soon but when we do need to sell Belvoir will we be the first phone call I make. I rented a property through Belvoir Cardiff for a little over 3 years. They were always prompt with responses to any queries and all issues were resolved very quickly even when my washing machine broke down in the first Covid lockdown. I can’t fault the team at all. I recently moved into a property that belvoir manage during lickdown they were nothing but helpfull getting me through step by step inc rapid correspondence ie video emails and was nice to actually speak to a person and not a machine I moved in and not without issues as I had a patio door that wouldn't open on reporting the issue an engineer contacted me personally to work around me he then fitted a brand new lock this was done within 24 hours of issue being reported .engineer was clean presentable and polite even wore shoe cover protectors then I had hot water issues this was resolved within the hour of reporting I personally see my self staying with belvoir for the foreseeable future great team rapid response and very helpful.

I have recently moved into a property during Lockdown with Belvoir. I honestly thought it was going to be tough but by experience has been far from it it has been fantastic from start to finish.
