Our initial viewings with the sales advisor were not that successful in that he was ill advised & could provide very little information on the property, & gave us very little time to view. However, the rest of the staff that we dealt with were very professional & helpful.
Reply from Miles and Barr: Dear Anita,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We really do understand how important it is to have the right information and feel comfortable when viewing a potential new home.
I’m pleased you found other members of the team you dealt with were professional and helpful, although I’m sorry that your overall experience was not consistently at the level we would expect.
Please do give the branch a call and ask to speak with us directly, as we’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened and see if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.
Thank you again for your feedback.
Best wishes,
The Miles & Barr Team
