Miles and Barr

I appreciate how Rhys was helpful to answer the questions during the property viewing .

My partner and I just finished the process of buying our first home through Miles & Barr estate agents. James was very accommodating in squeezing us in for a viewing for a house we loved the very next day after it was put on the market. …

Rhys Whittock was very helpful, found him on time. The viewings went well and he understood exactly what I had described before my search. He was able to respond to all the questions I had which will make decision making more helpful

Although the property still needs some eternal work, we both Loved the property this time round and can see the changes that have been made. Look forward to hearing what structual changes have been made and if there has been damp course …

Jed was punctual and waiting for us outside the property. He was friendly, engaging and listened to our questions and thoughts. I am sure when he has been in the role a little longer his confidence will grow more.

What a lovely addition to your company. Charming and polite. Helpful, and answered our questions and queries

Excellent service from Brooke and the Canterbury team marketing our period property in Harbledown. Efficient, personable and communicative we appreciated all they did for us from start to finish, many thanks.

Excellent service particularly from Rebecca who went above and beyond to secure exchange of contracts for us. We really can't thank her enough.

John Payne surely helped us in securing the property and smooth process to move in. Couple of minor feedback relevant to providing light bulbs and cleaning of patio area could have been done.
