We would recommend Miles and Barr as an agent to sell your house. They explained the process well and we also feel the excellent photography of our property helped it to stand out. We were also enabled to include a personal comment in the advert which was important to us. After an initial slow start Miles and Barr worked with us to get viewings happening and the property ultimately sold after a few months. The completion of the sale process was complicated by the purchaser. However, Rebecca and her colleagues advocated for us. To ensure that even when other options had failed, communications and negotiations where made and our move still happened. We knew house buying and selling was not straightforward, and are grateful to Rebecca and the Miles and Barr team for seeing it through to completion.
