Miles and Barr have been good.
It’s nice to have a dialogue and know what’s what.
George the estate agent that has been dealing with us for two properties now, has been brilliant.
He’s polite well mannered and answers all questions without hesitation, and he gives direct answers when possible.
Bright lad and hopefully will do well. Overall miles and Barr have been decent.

My experience with Miles and Barr has been fantastic. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been lovely and so quick to answer questions. Julie in particular is so lovely, and after an initial viewing of a property, got in touch with me about a second she thought would be the perfect fit and was absolutely right. She arranged the viewing quickly and when we decided we’d like to go for it she explained all of the next steps clearly. I absolutely cannot fault her service, we did so many viewings to find the property for us and it would have taken so much longer without Julie going out of her way to tell me about our new place. Cannot thank her enough!

Melanie took the trouble to come and explain what Miles & Barr were able to offer as letting agents . She explained everything clearly for us as prospective first time Landlords.
She visited the property with us on the valuation and the general presentation of the property for potential tenants.
