Rhys was amazingly polite and welcoming. He made us comfortable throughout the viewing. He answered all our questions even the irrelevant ones. We didn't fell pressured. I realised he was also respecting the home owner's choices. As I'm selling my house as well that's something important to me. I'm not 100 % sure but he might have shown us our next home.

Rhys Whittock was very knowledgeable in sales for properties and I enjoyed coming out to the viewing. If anyone wants to understand a bit more about the market and have questions that haven’t been answered I feel like Rhys would be the best person to go to. :)

I've been dealing with James at Ashford. As an Autistic person I generally find dealing with people very trying. James has been nothing but kind, helpful, he's listened and followed my instructions. Which has made the process far calmer than previous experiences. The team are cheerful and helpful I'd highly recommend.
