Had a lovely viewing today with Julie, who instantly recognised me from my last viewing with Miles and Barr. I was welcomed in a few minutes early, so had lots of time to view the property. Julie was superb, she answered all my questions honestly and was very personable. So grateful for all her help!
I'm also so thankful Gemma contacted us about a similar property we were looking for before it was listed online.

Lisa was incredible, we viewed two properties and hour apart, she was wonderful. Very informative, very knowledgeable on the properties, and very personable. She was very understanding when we forgot to factor in foot travel being slower in this kind of heat and waited around for us! Brilliant communication from the team as a whole, Julie as a massive help with finding properties that fit our criteria just when we felt we were hitting a brick wall!
Highly recommend, and my praise to these two lovely women!

I have had a great experience with Miles & Barr while looking to move to Canterbury! My partner and I visited today and had a lovely viewing. Lisa answered all of our questions, talked us through the safety of the area, local amenities, and how to progress with our search. We were able to have a genuine conversation about the perks of the apartment without feeling under any pressure, which we really appreciated. From this interaction, we feel that Miles & Barr is a reliable agency and we will be in contact about other lettings if our current application does not progress for any reason.
