John Shepherd - Cannock

Never been with John shepherd befor only been 2 month and what a difference thanks all merry Christmas …

Marilena was the most accommodating and thorough agent I have ever come across with all my experience with estate or lettings agent. …

As first time renters we were a bit wobbly when it came to correct procedures and paperwork but Brendan and Marilena talked us through everything exceptionally, making sure we understood everything - even when I was badgering and stressing …

Great Service from Adrian and Sam at John Shepherd Cannock. Adrian had my property on the Market in no time with great write up and photos then Sam had viewings booked in and offers coming in quicker than i anticipated. Everything was easy from start to finish, couldn't recommend enough.

Excellent experience with John Shepherd, couldn't recommend highly enough! Marilena truly went above and beyond to help me move in within a tight timeframe when the landlord was being tricky to deal with. I really appreciated the effort she put in and was probably my best experience with a lettings agent.

Very helpful, friendly, and professional people. They have made the marketing and successful letting of our property much easier. Thanks to everyone involved.

Just rented a property through John Shepherd. Dealt with clare who sorted everything out quickly and easily. Would highly Recommend.

Our house was sold in two days of Adrian taking pictures and putting it on the market, Sam did the viewing and followed it all the way through to completion, keeping us informed on the progress and chased up any problems sorting them out quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to you both

Smooth from start to finish, Adrian on initially setting up sale, Sam all the way through, any questions no problem, would defiantly recommend when selling your property

Excellent service from these guys from viewing to completion. Sam answered all questions very promptly and communicated swiftly with vendor, both solicitors and ourselves to ensure the purchase went through as quick as possible. Thanks Sam, all your help is very much appreciated.
