Belvoir lettings is one of the worst agencies in town! They can present the place as good, but in the end it just falls apart- everything is leaking and there are severe maintenance issues have not been fixed for over a year although reported promptly. When the tenant asked the landlord to pay to fix a sink that was leaking to a first floor ceiling they just evicted the tenant and put the advert of the house up as if the property was fully functional when it is far from that!!!

I have been absolutely shocked and extremely disappointed by this companies lack of professionalism. I vacated my flat 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear from them regarding the return of my deposit despite numerous emails and unreturned telephone calls to them. I am now reporting them to the Tenancy Deposit scheme and I am about to sue them. I felt the flat in immaculate condition. I expected far better service.

I am a landlord and I feel I have had a very poor service. I have called 9 times sent emails on several occasions and texted my property representative from Belvoir. She has not done what she told me and has basically given me really bad customer service. BAD AGENCY.

The estate agent continually

The estate agent continually change their answers and give appalling service. I've never known an estate agent to not care about the client. Their fees are high and I expected them to help with genuine issues. After stringing me along for weeks about a problem they then turn around and say they cannot deal with the matter and I should contact the landlord and will not supply the number. They have little understanding of what they can do and if they put a child on the desk you would probably receive a better service. The whole time they've only caused grief. I advice you to choose any other estate agent, especially if you're looking in Cambridge.
