This is a blatant lie and the property was left in a disgusting state and the costs where claimed on behalf of the landlord. We are very happy to post pictures on here as to how you left the property and the work that needed to be done to put it right.

We're really sorry to get this feedback and can only apologies if you feel this was the case. We felt we had done a great job in selling your property for you for a great price and a timescale that suited you, especially after you had tried so many other agents with no success. As you mention things slowed down when you chose a solicitor. It can be frustrating at this stage as we are all very much in the hands of the solicitors that have been appointed, and there is not a huge amount we as agents can do to progress the matter with limited communication from them. In this instance the main delay was the issuing of the draft contracts which took almost 6 weeks. Once contracts were issued the matter was completed in 13 weeks which would be considered the industry standard.
