I had a viewing with Mark Ewin over the weekend and I must say it’s been one of the best interactions I’ve had with an estate agent over the last few years. I sent an enquiry over rightmove and had a follow up call fairly quick, the person on the phone was knowledgeable about the property and anything she wasn’t sure of, she didn’t say, I’ll phone you back or we’ll get back to you, she found out instantly, which may seem very small, but I appreciated it. I had a reminder message about my viewing & emails were responded to very quickly prior to the viewing. The woman who met us at the property was very kind and friendly, and was welcoming to me and my children, she again was knowledgeable, had lots of information with her and let us roam around the property, which was much more of a relaxed viewing and gave us an opportunity as a family to discuss the property freely. The viewing was on a Saturday and by Monday morning I had a follow up call for feedback, which again I found very thorough. I’ve had a lot of dealings with agents over the last few years looking for the right property and selling properties and I was very impressed with their service! People can be quick to leave bad reviews but a good experience is worth sharing! Thank you!

Bella and Paul were helpful through our buying process. We moved on the hottest day of the year and our new house had a couple issues, including no running water! But Paul went out of his way to help find someone to find our water meter, arrange a visit from an electrician and even dropped by to give us bottled water!

Excellent service from the first phone call to helping get the sale over the line. It's very rare for me to praise an estate agent. Mark Ewin gave me a market appraisal that was full of sane and sensible advice--bringing the property to market with a succinct write up and photos taken by a good professional photographer showcasing the house really well. The team of this local independent agency were nothing but professional, courteous and efficient. Keeping me updated and helping me understand the position of the 3 buyers that made offers. We exceed our expectations on the sale. If you are local to their area I would not hesitate to suggest you use them over one of the larger chains. I'd be surprised if you regret it.

Ashton Stripp did a great job selling my house, very professional and thorough, I found the marketing literature, from the video fly through, to the photos and written descriptions exactly what I was looking for, very modern and certainly produced the results with a good level of viewings and feedback. Paul and Bella did a great job keeping me informed at all stages, providing insightful commentary on the market position. I would certainly use them again and recommend giving them a chance for you to compare their approach with others out there..
