We were in the difficult position of selling my mother's bungalow after she moved from Suffolk to live with us in Staffordshire. Having used Mark Ewin for our own house sale we very confident to use them to sell mum's bungalow while we were a distance away. Unfortunately we had an added complication when my mother passed away suddenly three days before we were due to exchange.
