She really put herself out at times to move things along and was always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask/tell her something, no matter how unimportant it may have appeared to be. Paul and Bella were absolutely brilliant. Communication was brilliant between us, our buyers and solicitors. They kept us up to date at every step via a group WhatsApp. Bella found us a buyer using her initiative and on the spot thinking! Both parties signed the Gazeal reservation agreement meaning both sides couldn’t pull out of the sale without very good reason. This bought us added security that the buyers were serious after one buyer pulling out already. I would recommend this to all buyers and sellers going forward. Thank you both.
