I had a viewing with Mark Ewin over the weekend and I must say it’s been one of the best interactions I’ve had with an estate agent over the last few years. I sent an enquiry over rightmove and had a follow up call fairly quick, the person on the phone was knowledgeable about the property and anything she wasn’t sure of, she didn’t say, I’ll phone you back or we’ll get back to you, she found out instantly, which may seem very small, but I appreciated it. I had a reminder message about my viewing & emails were responded to very quickly prior to the viewing. The woman who met us at the property was very kind and friendly, and was welcoming to me and my children, she again was knowledgeable, had lots of information with her and let us roam around the property, which was much more of a relaxed viewing and gave us an opportunity as a family to discuss the property freely. The viewing was on a Saturday and by Monday morning I had a follow up call for feedback, which again I found very thorough. I’ve had a lot of dealings with agents over the last few years looking for the right property and selling properties and I was very impressed with their service! People can be quick to leave bad reviews but a good experience is worth sharing! Thank you!
