We have found Frost's service nothing but professional, responsive and very helpful. We are so glad we chose to use them for the sale of our relative's bungalow after their death. We had them do the valuation for probate and this was done very professionally. We then decided to use them to sell the bungalow and found the same great service. Mark Jones was excellent to work with and went out of his way to find and secure a buyer for us. We have found the whole process very efficient and great communication from him and his agency. Burnham office provided an accurate valuation with a clear indication of the advantages and disadvantages the property offered to buyers. Within a short period of time a number of potential buyers were found and after a few eventful viewings an offer was made and the asking price achieved. The office were also helpful in sourcing an efficient solicitor, removal services plus signing off identification documents which eliminated the need to find and pay a solicitor to carry out this task, very useful. Communications provided the support needed to complete the sale and completion was achieved just under 3 months which considering some of the difficulties encountered was a good achievement.
