My sale was one to remember and went on far to long but Andrew H was always on the ball and wether it was my solcitor or the buyers side he would always be chasing them and refer back to me. He also did a pretty good job at keeping me sane through all the stress so I thank Andrew for that. Also Thank you to the other Andrew and Danielle for their input too. Wendy Taylor at the Frost Partnership provided excellent support and service, helping us to refurbish our flat to a high standard in a cost effective way and then arranging for a suitable new tenant who is now enjoying the property. Wendy is friendly and approachable and she was very thorough in all of our dealings, keeping in regular contact to communicate with us at each stage, from the initial meeting, through the refurbishment and to the conclusion of all the lettings formalities. We were very pleased with the service provided and would recommend her without reservation

The Frost branch in Burnham were excellent in all aspects when they sold our house. They were very professional and their communication skills were first class at all times. All my calls and Emails were answered on the same day and they gave a very personal service. I would recommend them to anymore looking to sell their house in the Burnham/Taplow area, as they are not a poor telesales office, unlike most of the other estate agents who we sadly had to deal with. Was very impressed by the level of service received from the Frost partnership when selling our house. They made us feel like it was a very personal service and backed this up with excellent communication/availabilty at all times. They sourced a high number of viewings for our property and were able to get on with this whilst we were at work. We also had the experience of having to use other estate agents when buying our property and were shocked to see how poor they were in comparison to Frost. I honestly felt they were like a telesales office and lacked the personal touch which we got from frost. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Burnham/Taplow area.

Worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a continuous stream of people through the door, and actually ending up with three / four offers, two of which were full price offers. Giving their experience and advice as to which offer to accept, as being the most promising, with a stable chain and security. An absolute pleasure working with such a decent, helpful trustworthy and knowledgeable group of people, right the way from the admin support to the manager. Everyone was up to speed on all aspects of our house sale, and finding out any questions we asked within a very short space of time. nothing was too much trouble. When we sold, they offered and gave, as much help as we required with finding our new home.. They went the preverbal 'extra mile', helping us sort out any problems with our house buy in Lincolnshire, when the agent in Lincolnshire was messing around and being a general idiot, almost losing us our lovely house. We cannot praise them high enough and can honestly recommend them, (Frosts and their staff),.to anyone that wants a professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and pleasant team of people to sell their house for them!
