Had a great experience with Frosts in Burnham, thanks so much for selling our house so efficiently! In response for your request to know why we have rated 4* not 5*, it is because there were a couple of moments we felt you could have followed up with our buyer's solicitors quicker in order to act in our best interests as the seller, and also the communication you facilitated between ourselves and our buyers wasn't always optimal. But overall our experience was great, so thank you.
