Webbers Estate Agents Bude

We recently bought a house through EweMove North Leeds and had a great experience. Howard was friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process, helping to keep things on track. We were working to a tight timeline (around three months to complete) and everything went through smoothly. The initial viewing was also positive — Howard’s team were well-informed and able to answer our questions.

I have just used EweMove North Leeds (Howard) to sell a house, and would recommend him and the company. From our initial meeting it was clear that Howard was prepared to invest the time in understanding the property, and our needs as sellers. He gave balanced and informed advice on pricing, backing this up with evidence, something that many of the other estate agents we were talking to didn't. His marketing strategy was effective, quickly achieving a sale price that was fair to all parties (IMO). Throughout the conveyancing process Howard was available and easily contactable when necessary. But I would also note that Howard uses an additional support company who provides a dedicated case handler to improve communications between all parties and facilitate flows of information. This was really useful in helping to properly understand the status of the transaction throughout, and was much more dependable than information from our solicitors. This is an example of Howard's approach going above and beyond what many other estate agents are prepared to do. I would be happy to work with Howard again in any property transaction as he's professional, efficient, friendly and effective.

Really professional, help me to find the best property with best deal..! special thanks to Shpend for helping to choose the perfect property.

Joe from Kings Group has been available throughout the selling process and sold (Completed) our leasehold property in Bow within 6 months of going to market. Given how difficult selling can be, I would recommend Joe given other agents we worked with - thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a couple of property viewings in Hackney with Shpend from Kings Group, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Shpend was professional, friendly, and incredibly …

We recently bought a property that was listed with Kings Group. Shpend and Joe were both amazing during the whole process keeping us informed on how it's progressing. We also used their recommended Mortgage Broker and Solicitor, which helped keeping all communication channels clear and open. Would happily recommend anyone to use them!

I would unreservedly recommend Richard and Sally. They handled the sale of my father's property with professionalism and dedication, even when the process took much longer than expected. We lost our first buyer along the way - thanks to a long delay obtaining probate - but they quickly found another buyer. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated every step of the way. In the end, their hard work paid off, and I'm really grateful for all their efforts.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Sally and Richard. House valued, listed and sold within 2 weeks. Smooth and stress free process and kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend and will be using them for my next move.
