Disappointing experience… generally ok through tenancy… always polite and friendly but only an average response to rectifications of issues. End of tenancy charges unreasonable. So be cautious with your reports and records of what you’ve done to leave the property in the same condition as you’ll definitely need it!!! I thought if I queried anything then my whole deposit would be withheld but I think it’s actually just the disputed amount… so please make sure you dispute… don’t let them take what they don’t deserve!

I found the brochure and video produced by Fine and Country very professional. I was not so happy with the service from the Chepstow office - very often there was no one in the office from Fine and Country. They did however find a buyer. Once a buyer was found the service was exceptional. Keeley was great - she was always available and nothing was too much trouble. Without her I am not sure the completion would have gone ahead.
