But I would also note that Howard uses an additional support company who provides a dedicated case handler to improve communications between all parties and facilitate flows of information. This was really useful in helping to properly understand the status of the transaction throughout, and was much more dependable than information from our solicitors. This is an example of Howard's approach going above and beyond what many other estate agents are prepared to do.
