I had really bad experience with their lettings at the end of the Tenancy.

Run from this letting agency as far as you can. I have been letting shared accommodation for over decade but this letting agency is the worst and discriminatory with no interest in tenants. Their solution for sorting out problems is to get rid of tenants. They do not care at all.

I requested a viewing this morning and I was told that I am not the right candidate for this property. There was a rude guy, I think his name is David Walker having bad manners and not experience at all in sales. I asked his name and he refused to give me that information. It is very dissapointing that a small estate agent like EWEmove has this huge pretensions and poor customer service.

I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

Terrible letting agents, we rented a property through these for 3 and a half years, nothing we reported as broken got fixed properly there was so much miss communication between us and them and them and the landlord, there was things we reported so many times that they would tell us we hadn’t ever reported because they would never note it down on file, when we moved out we left the house in better condition then we received the house yet it took us 4 months to get our deposit back because they are straight up useless!! Rosy was very pushy when we expressed interest in the property, kept telling us to do everything asap asap asap. The property had an absolute nightmare neighbour who made it hell for us to live next door to, he always threatened us about telling the landlord to kick us out. We never knew what a nightmare neighbour was until we rented with Kings. They were very unsupportive throughout the tenancy. Brodie is particularly rude and patronising.
