Helpful polite staff.
I cant offer a rating of service yet but i will do and im ureit will be good um unsure of the council tax band a
Disappointing experience… generally ok through tenancy… always polite and friendly but only an average response to rectifications of issues. End of tenancy charges unreasonable. So be cautious with your reports and records of what you’ve done to leave the property in the same condition as you’ll definitely need it!!! I thought if I queried anything then my whole deposit would be withheld but I think it’s actually just the disputed amount… so please make sure you dispute… don’t let them take what they don’t deserve!
I found the brochure and video produced by Fine and Country very professional. I was not so happy with the service from the Chepstow office - very often there was no one in the office from Fine and Country. They did however find a buyer. Once a buyer was found the service was exceptional. Keeley was great - she was always available and nothing was too much trouble. Without her I am not sure the completion would have gone ahead. Thak you Keeley
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Bude: Thank you Marion for your kind words. I am glad that you were very pleased with the professional marketing materials that we produced, we believe this is so important to show off properties to their full potential. I am sorry that you feel the service you received from our Chepstow office was not always of the highest standard. We are currently reviewing the operations in all of our Fine & Country offices to ensure that we are able to offer a much-improved service going forward.

I had really bad experience with their lettings at the end of the Tenancy.
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Bude: Symonds & Sampson welcome feedback from clients. Please note however that matters relating to the end of your tenancy will be addressed through the relevant deposit scheme resolution process.
