We had a wonderful experience with Alfie from JLL Stratford. He has been extremely responsive, quick to assist, and very helpful throughout the entire process.

I have been letting my property with Jeremy Leaf in Finchley for some time . They are efficient polite and deal with all matters professionally. I have recently been very grateful to Trish who always goes out of her way to help and be supportive .

Just completed on the purchase of a house with Towers Wills, first time buyer and the service I received was brilliant. The team always happy to help and easy to get hold of, any questions were answered promptly. Would highly recommend.

We were pleased with our selling experience with Fine and Country Rossendale, our property was well marketed and we were given sensible advice on price and dealing with offers. Viewings were always accompanied. The team moved quickly to secure another successful sale when our original sale fell through. We would recommend the Company.

Excellent prompt service. Good humoured and helpful. Love my new house

Richard was really professional and could be relied on to assist us(buyers) with any queries we had. Always delivered what he promised.

Erjana from JLL was really proactive and helpful!

Tianne was a pleasure to work with throughout my flat search in London. I initially viewed a property with her that didn’t quite match what I was looking for, and she was understanding and assured me she’d keep an eye out for something more suitable within my budget. A few weeks later, I enquired about another flat that was slightly over budget, and she proactively suggested an alternative that turned out to be a great fit. She arranged the viewing quickly and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. Thanks to her efficiency and support, I was able to make an offer with confidence. Highly recommend working with her!

Update 2025: Tianne from Lettings was brilliant in helping me secure a new apartment and move out earlier than my contract end date as she was sure she could find another tenant which she did. She was friendly, professional, answered all questions quickly. But more importantly she was empathetic and helped me feel less stressed. She even helped liaise with colleagues in other departments, some of whom could benefit from learning some soft skills and customer service skills from Tianne. Previous review 2024: Brilliant experience securing my new rental apartment. Friendly, professional communication. Paperwork went smoothly. My main point of contact was Tasif who helped me secure a viewing despite a difficult previous tenant and who always answered my questions promptly and guided me through the process.
