Update 2025: Tianne from Lettings was brilliant in helping me secure a new apartment and move out earlier than my contract end date as she was sure she could find another tenant which she did. She was friendly, professional, answered all questions quickly. But more importantly she was empathetic and helped me feel less stressed. She even helped liaise with colleagues in other departments, some of whom could benefit from learning some soft skills and customer service skills from Tianne.
