Starkings and Watson at Brundall have been fabulous in our search for a property, Sam has been efficient, helpful and responsive with every query and question. But a big shout out to Tabatha, what a superstar ⭐️ She spent a lot of time patiently showing us properties in our preferred area, she is informative, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. No pressure sales, no lies and completely genuine. These qualities are rare in this business (I have experience ) but I cannot praise Tabby enough. In fact I’m delighted to say she ‘Sold’ us the bungalow. She is definitely an asset to the company and a breath of fresh air. Thankyou to all at Starkings 10/10

Great Service throughout. I had absolute confidence in the Brundall team to manage all viewings (unlocking and locking the property for all visits). Regular reviews of viewing performance was provided. Ana kept me fully informed throughout all negotiations in agreeing the price for all interested parties. The 'behind the scenes' progression of the sales transaction was expertly managed by Sarah, with weekly updates and timely telephone calls when my input was needed. Sarah chased the Solicitors to progress the transaction. We'd still be waiting had it not been for her.

The most professional & well organised estate agents and the BEST customer service we have EVER experienced. The team at Brundall were fantastic - from the first meeting for an honest valuation, then through the viewings process and finally through to the sales progression process - it was flawless. This is what sets Starkins & Watson apart from all others - they work as a cohesive team with computer systems that actually work. If you call them, ANY member of the office team can help you due to their excellent back office processes. If you call and they are busy, you don’t even need to leave a message, because they can see you called and they will call you straight back. Every time. Sam, the office manager was absolutely brilliant and communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we were okay. James was excellent, hosting many viewings and answering all my questions. Then onto the sales progression team - I dealt with Sarah - who was absolutely brilliant and worked tirelessly chasing the sale, regularly going above and beyond her remit to reach out and help things to get moving - sacrificing her weekends and evenings to get stuff done. Don’t bother with any other estate agents - for your sanity go for Starkins & Watson. I would use them again, with no hesitation. Our experience from start to finish with S&W was incredibly good. On meeting Chris Starkings on our first meeting, he impressed us immensely with his professionalism and honest approach. He was very confident in his company's ability to sell the property and this was backed up 100% by all involved at S&W. We dealt with plenty of businesses in our sale and buying of another property, but the level of detail, superb communication, dedication and support the team provided was amazing and by far the best service we received throughout the process. Chris visited us, giving a true valuation and current market movement for the area.He was thorough, friendly and took time to talk through the process, leaving informative literature to that effect. The quality of the photographs and Rightmove presentation ensured a lot of early viewings and within the next few weeks a number of offers of which we accepted one. Ana and James were the viewing agents and made sure that they were fully briefed regarding our property before the viewings. They were polite, timely and professional throughout the whole experience. We were then in a position of both selling and buying with starkings and watson. Tracey and Sarah from the Progression team then became our main link. They regularly appraised us regarding the position of others within the chain, this was reassuring, they liaised with buyers, sellers, solicitors and alike to ensure that the process didn't stagnate. They remained calm, persistent, polite and informative throughout. When contacting the office, we frequently spoke to the office manager Sam. She was calm, polite, knowledgeable and had an uncanny way of knowing exactly what was going on with all aspects of the chain.

Many thanks to the team for getting us over the finishing line in the sale of our property. It has been a long and difficult business and we are very grateful for Sarah Short’s dogged determination to find out what the problems with the bottom of the chain were and for keeping us informed.
