The customer service we received when buying our first home was truly exceptional. Sam and Karen in particular were always a cheery voice at the end of the phone. They really cared and kept our experience positive even when our first house fell through. As we are nearing completion date, they continue to check in and celebrate with us. Sarah was also an invaluable part of our journey when providing regular updates from both our solicitors. She was able to answer any questions we had and put us at ease the whole time.
