I cannot recommend the team at Starkings & Watson enough, especially Samuel Patrick who has kept us fully informed with every detail throughout the whole process. On our initial meeting with Samuel we were told that he could help sell our house within a week and we are very happy to say we accepted an offer of our asking price exactly a week after our property went ‘live’! This goes to show the true dedication and professionalism of all those involved! From the moment we signed with Starkings & Watson’s we have received an absolutely fantastic service and cannot recommend this Estate Agents enough! We would highly recommend Starkings & Watson Hybrid Estate Agent to anyone thinking of selling their property. Having used a couple of other estate agents , Starkings were by far the best and we wouldn't use anyone else in future. From start to finish their service was efficient and professional and their communication was brilliant. We were listed with another agent for a period of time before and had no more than a couple of viewings, however, within a week of listing with Starkings and Watson, the viewings came flooding in! Their Photos showcased the house 10 times better than others and whatever they did obviously did the job as we received an offer for what we were looking for. The communications throughout were brilliant and they always kept us up to date with the progress. Chris and the team were a pleasure to deal with and their service was excellent value. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Starkings & Watson, an honest, professional estate agent.

We would 100% recommend Starkings and Watson!! 💪🏼 Through corona virus, things started moving slower with the sale of our house but Melissa from Starkings and Watson chased up the solicitors and got our sale moving smoothly again. Melissa kept us up to date with everything and checked in with us by email regularly just to let us know the sale was still going ahead and details of what had been happening etc. This put our minds at ease and we felt we could trust Melissa 100%. I would recommend Starkings & Watson 100%! With it being our first time moving house it was a little daunting however Melissa was always on hand to explain things thoroughly and answered all of our questions (even during a pandemic she kept in touch regularly!). From the initial meeting and valuation to the viewings and updates it was an absolute pleasure. The whole team were fantastic and really helped make one of the most stressful times in life soo much easier. A special thanks to Melissa who kept me informed the whole time, even if nothing had happened due to the pandemic, she would always stay in touch. During our time with Starkings and Watson, we had a few people let us down last min. However, the team kept our spirits up throughout and chased everyone who seemed interested. A massive thank you to Melissa who dealt with our move! She was by far better use to us than our solicitors, keeping in contact on a regular basis, helping with understanding of next stages. She even chased the solicitors for us when they didn't get back to us on a query.... Or more! She is an asset to the team, an approachable lady who does her best for her clients, and actually cares! I am truly thankful.

Having just exchanged contracts must say we are extremely pleased with the excellent service from all the team at Starkings and Watson. We weren't convinced by other estate agents when first putting our house on the market but Chris really listened and understood our needs. When our first sale fell through after uncertain Covid-19 times the team were very quick to get things moving again and we sold within a week. We would particularly like to thank Melissa who has kept us informed throughout and when any issues arose was very quick to chase and get resolved. A very professional service all round.

Firstly, I cannot recommend Starkings & Watson enough! This was my first time selling a house, and after having a bad experience with my initial estate agent i was then recommended these guys from a friend. From the initial contact it was clear to see they were a step above, Chris made initial contact & visited my property, explained all processes thoroughly & gave me a realistic guide price i was happy with. He then returned and took some fantastic pictures & before i knew it my property was on the market. Regular updates throughout the selling process and during the offer stage. Once a sale price was agreed i was then passed onto there sales progression team, Melissa kept me updated throughout this process & often went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. COVID-19 had an obvious slowing effect to the process & i was concerned the sale may fall through, but i was regularly reassured by Melissa who couldn’t do enough to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible, I genuinely believe without her persistence this sale may not of ever happened. Thanks Melissa! These guys are super professional, with extremely reasonable selling rates and offer the best sales progression, which i think set these guys above any other estate agent.
