Thought at first good way to sell property. Communication not bad but had a bad start. Property file, well could not understand how these numbers work. This way of communication seems to give us as a vendor to much negative feedback. Will stick with high street agents, but thanks for trying.

Sorry we weren’t able to secure your sale Mike. I know you tried a high street agent before ourselves. We are disappointed you wouldn’t recommend us, but believe in providing honest feedback to our vendors. If a buyer doesn’t like a property or style, or location, we will always pass this on. We were hopeful with the offer we achieved as you know, but it is a shame we couldn’t reach a level you were happy with. Good luck with your new agent.

Don’t sell with these . They will tell you anything to get you to sign up with them . With out mentioning the fees and contract length . My mum and 75 year old step dad were promised lots form their agent when he was trying to get them to sign up . Mislead them big time Is now calling them lairs . Very poorly written contact . If you do use these make sure you read their so called contact very carefully before signing . Extremely poor and very unprofessional agents behaviour needs to be looked at !!

Good Evening Wayne, as per many of our reviews you can see we work with a number of different clients. These include first time sellers, and clients who are ill or have dementia - where we actively invite their family to be involved. Our contracts are written clearly, with all important points in bold. As discussed we have three places to sign, one of which is an ‘initial’ which confirms we have clearly explained the agreed contract period and fees. We have tried to offer resolutions to you, and are disappointed that your initial reaction is to try to impact our reputation. We continue to have active dialogue with your Mum (our client) to ensure we can move forward positively and ultimately achieve the sale she desires. As you know we were invited to market the property several weeks after the valuation, and this was due to the service she has received from us. I hope we can find a resolution. Chris.
