Having used a couple of other estate agents , Starkings were by far the best and we wouldn't use anyone else in future. From start to finish their service was efficient and professional and their communication was brilliant. We were listed with another agent for a period of time before and had no more than a couple of viewings, however, within a week of listing with Starkings and Watson, the viewings came flooding in! Their Photos showcased the house 10 times better than others and whatever they did obviously did the job as we received an offer for what we were looking for.
