I've just reached exchange today on the sale of my house. It was a long process (I think I went on the market around November time and it's now July!) but I had an incredible sales team of Karen and Sam and Sarah in sales progression making sure things were ticking along. Awful. Authorised work to my property that I never instructed. Wrong address on tenancy agreement so had me down as living with the tenants. Happy to take your money and then wash their hands of you. You’ll be promised the world and then they’ll not care. It’s been a truly distressing experience experience and all you get is apologies for constant mistakes. I’ve given alot of money to this company to be accused of being disrespectful when staff have accused me (their client) as lying. If you are planning on having your property managed then save yourself the headache, trauma & money by going elsewhere.
Best estate agents in Norwich. Professional, personalised service, excellent communication and extremely trust worthy. Have sold property though Starkings & Watson and the manage my rental property. Highly recommend 👌
Have to say been disappointed with the service given the media hype. We placed our property with you 3 weeks ago and have reduced the price recently by our own choice no contact or advice... Heard nothing.. Have. Had contact and viewings from other agents so rather disappounted
Thought at first good way to sell property. Communication not bad but had a bad start. Property file, well could not understand how these numbers work. This way of communication seems to give us as a vendor to much negative feedback. Will stick with high street agents, but thanks for trying.
