We had a brilliant experience with Starkings and Watson from start to finish. David did the valuation and straight away we could tell he was genuinely passionate about getting us a good deal, but also realistic, didn’t feel any ‘estate agent jargon” just a real connection, with a good rapport. Then we met Melissa who really helped us, As we sold our property she worked with the team throughout COVID 19, she kept us informed every inch of the way and repeatedly emailed texted, rang she was a star, she sealed the deal. The service was so exceptional we put our new property we purchased with their letting management service we are going to be customers for a long time, we felt Important to stay as they proved to us they'd put our best interest first and built up our trust.

Starkings & Watson were great while we were buying our first house (especially during the current situation!). Melissa was especially brilliant during the whole process! She gave regular updates and was always quick to respond to an email or call. Thank you for everything!

Throughout the purchase of my house it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Starkings & Watson at what is an incredibly stressful time, especially in the current climate. My first experience was with Chris Starking when negotiating a purchase price for my property. Chris was very friendly and professional throughout the process and kept me up-to-date. Following acceptance of my offer and appointment of my solicitors I was very pleased to find out Starkings & Watson appoint a dedicated contact as a `sales progressor`. I had the pleasure of working with both Annie and Melissa who were both incredibly professional and kept me informed at all times. Both were very easy to contact and were honest, timely and upfront in their replies. I believe special commendation is owed to Melissa who dealt with the final steps in the wake of the current crisis, without her I'm not sure the sale would have gone through.
