Starkings & Watson have provided an exceptional service from first contact to exchange of contract. Chris Starkings took a personal lead in the early stages of our sale, recommending a sales strategy that worked well and maintaining a clear dialogue between potential buyers and ourselves, ensuring open, honest and stress-free negotiations. He was always prompt to reply to emails or calls and provided sound, considered advice throughout the sales process. Sales progression was handled equally well using very clear online tracking software and a dedicated sales progression team. We've moved home many times over the years and some agents lose momentum when an offer is accepted on a property. This was not the case with Starkings & Watson who continued to drive the sale through to completion. Impressively, for such an exceptional service, their fees were highly competitive. I cannot recommend Starkings & Watson highly enough. In a world where the quality of Estate Agents and their reputations vary wildly, Starkings & Watson are a shining example of this often maligned industry getting it right.

Well what can I say about Starkings and Watson Estate agents? Right from the word go, on my very first viewing their staff have been polite and courteous, have kept me informed at all times and checked in with me to see how my property search was going. After I found my property and put an offer in they went out of their way to assist and Izzy, the Sales Progressor, has been fantastic throughout, she has literally held my hand through what can only be described as a very difficult chain. We have had daily (occasionally hourly) updates and Izzy has remained calm and professional throughout whilst still retaining a sense of humour. I really hope that I do not need the services of an estate agent anytime in the near future but would highly recommend Starkings and Watson to anybody wishing to move. A huge thank you to Izzy, I shall miss our daily chats. You really deserve a promotion 😉

My wife and I chose Starking and Watson estate Agents to market and sell out property after we had heard great reviews about their serviceRight from the start, Chris was extremely professional and produced an extremely impressive sales pack for our house.Our house sold quickly and smoothly with us being informed every step of the way by the Starking and Watson team.The overall experience and service from Starking and Watson was second to none and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The main reason I used Starkings and Watson was because, initially, I had put my flat on the market about 3 years before, and had put it with SW. But the sellers (also with SW) withdrew their property from the market and it was, at the time, the only house in which I was interested. I therefore took my flat off the market, but SW agreed not to charge me for the considerably amount of work they had already put in. Because they had been so reasonable over not charging me first time round, I determined to use them again, when I knew I would definitely need to sell the flat. Chris got back to me, after an online enquiry, at lightening speed - at about 10pm I believe! It was very impressive. He was also very attentive for the first few weeks whilst we found an initial buyer. There has always been a very prompt response to any kind of enquiries I've made, to the extent that calls were responded to over the difficult Christmas lockdown week - when I'd not even left a message (the next day a member of staff contacted me to see if there was anything he could do to help, seeing that my number had called them). When the fraught moment of exchange of contracts approached, Melissa and her team were very efficient in acting as go-between for the various solicitors, to make sure the process proceeded as smoothly as possible.

Starkings and Watson have been excellent, with Samuel taking fantastic pictures of the house and Melissa keeping us informed throughout. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Starkings & Watson have been excellent throughout the whole process of selling my home and I would not hesitate to recommend.
