The main reason I used Starkings and Watson was because, initially, I had put my flat on the market about 3 years before, and had put it with SW. But the sellers (also with SW) withdrew their property from the market and it was, at the time, the only house in which I was interested. I therefore took my flat off the market, but SW agreed not to charge me for the considerably amount of work they had already put in. Because they had been so reasonable over not charging me first time round, I determined to use them again, when I knew I would definitely need to sell the flat. Chris got back to me, after an online enquiry, at lightening speed - at about 10pm I believe! It was very impressive. He was also very attentive for the first few weeks whilst we found an initial buyer. There has always been a very prompt response to any kind of enquiries I've made, to the extent that calls were responded to over the difficult Christmas lockdown week - when I'd not even left a message (the next day a member of staff contacted me to see if there was anything he could do to help, seeing that my number had called them). When the fraught moment of exchange of contracts approached, Melissa and her team were very efficient in acting as go-between for the various solicitors, to make sure the process proceeded as smoothly as possible.
