Absolutely fantastic service from the Starkings & Watson team, specifically David for sale, and Annie during the process after that. We initially met with David, who was recommended to me by a family member. He explained the process of sale in simple terms and answered any questions we had, which was very helpful. During the sale I loved the online portal, it made it so easy to see who was booked to view the property and also showed how proactive the team were being.We accepted an offer, two and a half weeks after putting our house on the market, and for over the asking price. I was constantly updated by Annie and the team, S&W seemed more on top of the sale than our buyers solicitors did. Even spotting that the buyers needed to be out of their property by a certain date, which their solicitors had missed.Very thorough, friendly, and I never felt I needed to contact the team.
