I was really impressed with the photos and virtual tour that was created to sell my house. I liked that all rooms were covered and this meant that the viewers I received were already clear in room sizes, rather than attending due to deceptive photos and being disappointed. Due to this I had less viewings but sold on the second viewing! I also liked how all offers were communicated in writing and the Wymondham team were great at updating me on progress. Once sold I was passed to sales progression where Natalie and Will kept me regularly updated and went above and beyond to help chase the chain/solicitors when problems arose further down the chain. Overall I was very pleased with the service received and would use S&W again.

Completed yesterday on sale of my dad’s house. Really pleased with service. Most importantly, I trusted their advice about price. I queried whether to drop price and they advised against that at least in short term. Would have been really easy for them to have agreed just for a quick sale. Property sold at the higher price shortly after so advice was right. After sale agreed I was kept updated particularly by Will.
