We completed on the sale of my late mother's home last week and I have been very pleased with the service. Sarah and the team at the Brundall branch were really helpful and kept me fully appraised of viewings and the feedback from them and advised on how to respond accordingly. After accepting an offer which met our expectations, Will kept me appraised of the sales progression with regular calls and emails. All in all, I have been very happy with the service from Starkins and Watson and if I was selling a property in the area again, I would choose them to act for me.

Really happy with the service at the Brundall office, Sam was particularly friendly and always happy to help. Although we encountered some issues with listing (our fault not the agents!) we were really happy with the gentleman who came to take the listing photos. He was very thorough and took a lot more care in getting everything looking it’s best. (We also listed with another local estate agent but found their pictures to be very disappointing and their fees were considerably higher than Starkings!!) All in all I would recommend friends and family to use Starkings as their value for money is well worth it.
