Starkings & Watson - Brundall

As a retired Chartered Surveyor I am in a position to judge my experiences . Throughout the process the staff were attentive, friendly and communicative. Agreeing the purchase price is one thing. Where it goes wrong are the stages after offer and acceptance. In this regard I would particularly like to single out the services of Sarah Short who kept on top of the legal process from that point on. She liased with the two solicitors and was an invaluable bridge between me and the vendor and prevented any possible misunderstandings. This is the stage when the sale process so often goes wrong or gets unecessarily protracted . Thanks to Sarah problems were avoided and we got the sale completed in record time and everyone was happy. Well done and thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. Showed great empathy and I was not rushed at the initial stages. Communication was excellent and staff were proactive. I always knew where I was in the process and what was happening. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They lived up to their promises and the fee was very fair for the service provided.

Well we just bought our new home with Starkings & Watson and we had a great experience. We were kept informed about every step and all queries were answered in a timely manner. I have sold through Starkings and Watson Brundall twice now, both times with great support from those who work there. I have always been provided confidence and support throughout Sales Progression from Sarah, who has remained ever the professional no matter the situation that stands in the way. Would highly recommend.

I was cautious of using Starkings & Watson due to a previous bad experience and tried to avoid viewing properties via them but alas that was not possible and I ended up completing a property purchase with them. The purchase was handled very well by Sarah S post acceptance of offer through to completion with Sam and Karen offering support prior to this with property viewings. My purchase took a while to complete and was not straightforward, however Sarah was a good support throughout.

It's not about the name above the door it's about the service you receive once inside . This team is amazing, from an aspect of buying or selling which I have done both several times. Sam, Robert, Sarah make the experience a breeze . You can have total confidence in their knowledge and performance. I personally wouldn't use anyone else . Also their office is immaculate, the cleaner should also be mentioned.

Very pleased with the way my sale was handled by the Brundall office. Sam and Karen were great at the viewings stage and always kept me informed, and once a sale had been agreed Sarah was fantastic. She updated me regularly and chased things up where necessary. In past dealings with estate agents it has been necessary to chase them to get info, but the communication from Starkings and Watson has been exemplary. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

We recently completed the purchase of our first house with Starkings and Watson. As first time buyers we didn't know much about the buying process but Sam and Sarah from the Brundall office were very friendly and professional, keeping us informed with regular updates and answering all of our questions. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Starkings and Watson were brilliant in dealing with our move. They were in contact weekly to let us know what was happening or more often if queries had arisen. They would always ring back if we left a message on their answerphone. Sarah, Karen and Sam in particular went above and beyond, always friendly, willing to help with queries or problems as they arose. Dan was always there to help to pass on messages if the others were busy with other clients. Chris at the outset was friendly, professional and was willing to give us some helpful advice prior to and on marketing the property. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We finally completed the sale of our bungalow with Starkings & Watson and would like to thank two of the staff in particular. Karen was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get the sale agreed on Christmas Eve. Once the sale was agreed Sarah was incredible helpful in what turned out to be a very long and complex completion. She kept us informed at all stages and never failed to reply to my many queries. All in all Karen and Sarah made a stressful sale as pleasant as possible and I would like again to thank them both for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
