A huge thank you to this amazing agent for helping us to sell our family home and make the long distance move to our new home smooth and as stress free as possible. Covid lockdown came into force the day our home went on the market with them, however the week the market reopened we had an offer within 6 days. Our sale and purchase was less than easy due to solicitor mistakes, lengthy delays and lack of communication, however she kept us in the loop daily with any new information that she received and she answered our endless questions as first time sellers with great detail. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable about our sale and the added stresses of the covid pandemic were dealt with safely and professionally. We also loved the fact that they are open everyday so there was always someone to contact if we needed anything. A huge thank you to the whole team for getting us in our new home 300 miles away from Norfolk. It was less than easy but we got there in the end!

Great bunch, the online portal is a really helpful tool to view information relating to viewings and offers etc... The valuation process was easy and Sam catered to our needs and expectations. We would use Starkings and Watson again.
