They went the extra mile and often did the job our agents and solicitors should have done. We were really impressed and would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling a property to use this agency.

We found the service from Starkings & Watson excellent. They were not our estate agents but for the property we were purchasing. They kept us fully informed throughout the journey and it was most appreciated. The level of information far exceeded what we had from our own estate agents, and I had to chase them regularly. Other estate agents could learn from you! Once again thank you for your assistance at what is a very stressful time.

I first met Chris whilst I was viewing a house (which unfortunately wasn't meant to be) and the way he presented himself and the property was like a breath of fresh air! There were no cheesy sales talk, no pressure was put on us and overall was a friendly and professional guy. We then decided that we would like them to help us sell our house - which they did within a week of our open day! We can't thank Chris and all the staff at Starkings and Watson enough. They were always happy to provide support, chase up solicitors and just make the whole process that little bit easier! We recently moved house and the owners we were buying off used S&W as their Estate Agents. Our move went through very smoothly and S&W were excellent, despite the fact we weren’t even their clients in theory. They kept us updated at all times and responded almost immediately to every single email we sent them. They were normally the first to inform us of updates, even before our own Solicitors. When we picked up the keys to the house they also went above and beyond to get the keys to us, despite the fact their office is in Poringland and we work in Norwich city centre. If you’re selling a property we’d highly recommend you go with S&W. We almost certainly will if we ever move again.

We both bought and sold with Starkings & Watson and our experience was great. We didn't have the easiest of rides with the lawyers involved in the process but Chris supported us through what was a very stressful experience and we move into our new home on Monday. We have just bought a house that was being sold by Starkings and Watson, and cannot rate them highly enough. From the start we were very impressed. At the open day, Chris was there to answer all our questions, but let us look around and explore by ourselves, which was great and meant we didn’t feel pressured/rushed but still got all the information we needed. Then from putting in the offer to completion (which took some time with slow solicitors) Chris and the team were amazing. They kept us up to date on what was going on and chased both solicitors when they needed a bit of a push. Chris was so easy to contact and always got back to any emails I sent within hours (if not much quicker). Well what can I say Chris had the patience of a saint with me during our recent house sale and purchase of another property!!!!
