I've just reached exchange today on the sale of my house. It was a long process (I think I went on the market around November time and it's now July!) but I had an incredible sales team of Karen and Sam and Sarah in sales progression making sure things were ticking along. Despite overcoming MANY hurdles in the way of the sale falling through and the joys of a chain - it's all worked out well in the end! Thank you so much Starkings & Watson!

Starlings & Watson were really pleasant and easy to deal with, regardless of who you got on the phone, they were all very keen to help. They were incredibly engaging in the early days when the sale was being negotiated, making regular contact with us then. Awful. Authorised work to my property that I never instructed. Wrong address on tenancy agreement so had me down as living with the tenants. Happy to take your money and then wash their hands of you. You’ll be promised the world and then they’ll not care. It’s been a truly distressing experience experience and all you get is apologies for constant mistakes. I’ve given alot of money to this company to be accused of being disrespectful when staff have accused me (their client) as lying. If you are planning on having your property managed then save yourself the headache, trauma & money by going elsewhere.

Best estate agents in Norwich. Professional, personalised service, excellent communication and extremely trust worthy. Have sold property though Starkings & Watson and the manage my rental property. Highly recommend 👌
