Amazing customer service throughout our house purchase from the team at the Bromsgrove office - in particular Tom and Peter! They helped organise same day viewings that worked around our baby’s schedule, kept us updated every step of the way, were patient with all the questions I had as a first time buyer, and got us really fast and prompt responses from the sellers.. even post-sale when we had some issues moving in with the boiler, they stayed in touch to check everything was ok and kept their word delivering everything they said they would!
