From the initial valuation and marketing through to the completion on our side, Peter Tim Emma Karen and Sadie provided us an outstanding service between ourselves and our buyer when needed. We are looking to purchase a property in Bromsgrove but we are very new to the region and recently we viewed a view properties with Oulsnam. I couldn’t recommend the Bromsgrove team enough, after a disappointing experience with another estate agents, Oulsnams really stepped up, it was always going to be a difficult sale, but the whole team worked timelessly to overcome the never ending huddles and issues that got in the way, they were always patient and understanding and Emma and Peter particularly worked above and beyond to always find a solution or offered a sympathetic ear to discuss my concerns and worries. We were days away from completing with one last hurdle to get over and Tim stepped in and really saved the day! 😊 I can’t thank them all enough ❤️
