I purchased a property through another agent In Bromsgrove ( Not Robert Oulsnam's) and was very fortunate to know Pete Styler in the Oulsnam's Bromsgrove branch who was actually selling the seller of my incoming property his near home. The agent I was buying from offered me the chance to use there in house solicitors and what a mistake that was, the lack of professionalism and communication was a total joke so thank god I knew Pete as without his regular updates I would of been in the unknown and pulled out of the deal months ago which would of then scuppered his clients sale. The only thing I can say is thank god my seller had used Pete for his new purchase and such a pity he never used him and Oulsnam's to sell his property. Thanks Peter Top man!! Andy Hart
