Viewed a house with Sadie from Bromsgrove branch, she was punctual, polite and knowledgable about the property. You would think this was a standard but having viewed a number of properties from various estate agents it’s not. We never felt rushed and Sadie gave a very detailed walk around and was honest when answering questions. I recently worked with Tim at Oulsnam Estate Agents while house hunting, and I have to say, it was a really positive experience. Even though we didn’t end up buying a house through Oulsnam, Peter Styler was absolutely amazing! He gave loads of updates, kept us updated with what is happening next, replied to phone calls / emails pretty fast and was very friendly and helpful. Tom has been great from start to finish! We have sadly had to put our sale on hold temporarily due to personal circumstances but when we are ready to sell we will definitely get Tom and the team to sell our house for us!
