We really enjoyed our viewing was really friendly, approachable, and felt personal. The way the applicants are picked feels more personal which we liked as feeling like a number can become quite demeaning. Following being accepted all information was clear and responses were quick! We would definitely choose to use Northwood again when our tenancy ends!
