Hannah Drummond and her team at Northwood have been nothing less than exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They found us great tenants at excellent rents. Matt Hodge managed our property very well, with great attention to detail. When it came time to sell, again we had wonderful service from Matthew Bingham, at a very reasonable cost - far less than we would have paid for other estate agencies, Thank you all.

It was clear from our first meeting with Matthew that we and the sale of our house was in good hands. He was easy to speak to ,extremely knowledgeable about the industry market and honest as to expectations. The whole package comprising excellent photos, drone footage, and a booklet to accurately describe our home was extremely professional. He instilled confidence and it was clear that his main aim was to sell our house not him as a person or the company he worked for . We would highly recommend Northwood and Matthew Bingham.
