On 13th December I starter having heating issues (no heating, no hot water) at my home, temperature at my home was 15*C, agency reaction was really fast, literally just after few hours they brought me electric heaters so I didn’t have to be worried by the temperature anymore. Just day after the technician has arrived and fixed the issue.
