Lucy, Matt, Matthew and Hannah have all been fantastic when helping me let my property. They respond to queries quickly and helpfully, and have always endeavoured to keep me informed when there have been ongoing matters. Unlike some of the other agencies I spoke to, they were keen to let the property at a fair, rather than predatory, price. They emphasized the importance of building a good relationship with a tenant so they are likely to stay, which is important to me. Their fees are good value. Everything I wanted in an agency really!

If estate agents could be awarded the title of “absolute hero”, Matthew Bingham should be awarded just that. We were brand new to home buying, and were completely daunted by the process, having heard some horror stories from friends and family. However, Matthew was extremely professional and very personable! When we first viewed the property he was informative, but not at all pushy. Once we’d had our offer accepted, he was really quick in responding to our emails and offering helpful advice - no question was too big or small.
