We had a *nightmare* with our previous letting agents (and tenants) and Hannah and her team went above and beyond to support us through the difficulties, the renovation that needed to be done (thanks to the neglect and unprofessionalism of the previous agents) and found us some great new tenants. I had been renting a flat with Northwood for 2 years until this April. I couldn't be happier as a tenant. They were always professional, kind, super quick in their reaction. Matthew (property manager) is absolutely brilliant: always friendly, genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. I wish the location of the flat was better as we had to move due to security issues in town. Not their fault at all! Otherwise, I would love to stay with Northwood and I would recommend them to my friends.
