Having worked at Prospect for almost 8 years now I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier to represent such a great company. I’ve worked in multiple offices and the ethos is the same everywhere, clients come first. To the next 8 years!

A big thankyou to Paul Westmoreland and Beth Murphy. Paul's team at the Warfield branch are exceptional. Beth had viewings lined up even before the marketing info had been completed and we sold within one day. They will always answer your calls or ring back promptly. Paul played a key role in supporting the vendors and purchasers in the chain with advise and I can honestly say without his involvement in the final stages it would not have gone smoothly. Paul, Your team are the best I have ever dealt with!

I would highly recommend this estate agency. My interaction with the Warfield branch of Prospect was due to the death of my parents and the need to sell their home. Paul Westmorland was extremely kind and sensitive in handling the valuation and initially putting the property on the market. Prospect Warfield was our seller’s agency and the service we received from them was better than our own agency. The experience we had with Paul at the start of the process when negotiating our new dream house was amazing. Then came Beth, who did an amazing job during a crucial moment in the sale and purchase process, took ownership to solve issues and allowed us all parties in the chain to complete or sale and buy our new property. Again, at the end Paul and Beth supported us until the last minute while negotiating with our buyer and we were all happy and completed as per plan. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We found all of the staff at Prospect, Warfield, very polite and professional in their conduct. The right people were viewing the property from the off, hence why we sold the property in a very short space of time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Propect, Warfield to anyone.

I give 10/10 to prospect Estate Agents just because of 5 star people they have. My property Manager “ Hazel Sims” is a star who has always helped in sorting out things very quickly and genuinely. People like her makes us loyal to any company.

Luke Richardson Was very helpful during our property purchase. He assisted with all queries though it was not part of his role & responsibilities. He is proactive & responsive all the time. He & Ruth made sure our transaction got completed smoothly.
