Colin on the Lettings side is great - always responds promptly and is always willing to help, and even go above and beyond to make things easy for the client. The Management side has been much harder with many more obstacles - I'm hopeful they will catch up to the same high level of service.

Prospect met my expectations in that they assessed the market correctly, managed our expectations on the price, and created an excellent list of qualified viewers. Our main contact was Beth Murphy who communicated well, was a good sounding board, given that the sales prospects were declining due to the economic situation. The process was not without its faults but ´the end justifies the means' .
