Prospect - Warfield

Just completed our sale. Very happy with the service, professionalism & customer service all the way through the process. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling!!

Mark and his team have been nothing but professional but also sensitive and understanding to my circumstances. Pragmatic and Uber efficient ; communication was constant but not overwhelming. I wholly recommend the Warfield team and would use them again in the future .

Prospect were incredible as an estate agent. We have bought a house and rented through Prospect and both times have had a good experience. Mark Horn helped us massively when we had issues with our solicitors and got the sale over the line for us. Would 100% recommend Prospect

Have viewed numerous houses on our search for a new home with Prospect, have found them, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. We have dealt with Reiss Simpson who has been fabulous, would be happy to recommend.

A very positive experience with prospect, in particular , Abi Heppner , who was friendly & informative from the start & made the viewings very enjoyable!! Highly recommend!!

Prospects are the most professional estate agents and big up to Abigal for.making us feel.welcome during viewings

Beth and Abi at the Warfield branch were both very professional, they helped me with my search. listened to my requirements and showed me properties that matched those.

Abi H showed us around a property and was professional and diligent in ensuring we saw everything the house had to offer. We really appreciated the time and patience.

I definitely had the 5* experience with Prospect when selling our house. Paul Westmorland secured a cash buyer, at the full asking price, before the For Sale sign even went up. Beth Murphy and Virginia Ayres communicated well at all times and ensured the sale went through as quickly and efficiently as possible with as little stress for me as possible. Thank you to all at Prospect Warfield.

We viewed a house recently with Abi Heppner. She was so lovely and welcoming straight from the beginning and I knew the viewing would be a good one, unlike others we have had in our years of property purchasing. Our 3 year old son came along for the viewing and Abi was so engaging with him too. He took a real shine to her. She is a true credit to Prospects. In all honestly the whole team there have always been a pleasure to speak with.
